Erasmus+ Sport Staff Mobility at Murcia’s Region Canoeing Federation
Murcia’s Region Canoeing Federation (Federación de Piragüismo de la Región de Murcia, Spain) offers tailored non‑formal training programmes for sport staff within the Erasmus+ Mobility of Sport Staff action. We welcome coaches, club managers, volunteers and technical staff from grassroots sport organisations across Europe.

- Paracanoe & Inclusive Sport
- Inclusive coaching methods for athletes with disabilities.
- Classification basics, safety and adapted equipment.
- Building inclusive club cultures and programmes.
- Whitewater Canoeing: Slalom & Kayak Cross
- Technical and tactical training in whitewater environments.
- Safety, risk management and session design.
- Talent development pathways in Olympic slalom and kayak cross.
- Flatwater Canoeing & Sprint Development
- Technique analysis and drills for sprint and flatwater.
- Planning of training cycles for grassroots and youth athletes.
- Monitoring progression and engaging young paddlers.

- Coaches and assistant coaches in canoeing and other paddle sports.
- Club and federation staff working in grassroots sport.
- Volunteers and sport educators interested in inclusion and canoeing development.
